Mike has been a commercial agent since 2019 and managed his own properties for 20 years. Mike was also a High Yield Bond Trader for 22 years. He has a BA in Accountancy from George Washington University and MBA from University of Michigan.

Annabel Wheeler
Owner + Operations

Annabel has recently become a residential agent but has managed her own properties for 20 years. Annabel has also been a teacher for 11 years. She has a BA in Education and Masters from Bank Street College of Education.

Robert Gorsche
Broker/Advisor

Bob has been licensed since 2002 and became a broker in 2009. Bob has been a residential agent and property manager for his own properties as well as others for over 20 years. He holds a BA in Physics from M.I.T. and an MBA from UTSA.

Fee Structure

Multifamily

  • Monthly management fee of between 4-10% of gross monthly revenue collected depending on size.

  • 50% leasing fee upon new tenant move-in.

  • 25% renewal fee upon tenant renewal.

  • All fees are negotiable based on services required.

Retail/Office/Industrial

  • Monthly management fee of between 4-10% of gross monthly revenue collected depending on size.
